Heavy Cruiser Zara 1/350 Scale Detail Set Provides Good Value and Enhances Base Kit Realism
This product is typical of its type of scale model ship detail set in that it provides a moderate level of additional detail that enhances the base kit. Its combination of photo etch, turned brass main and secondary gun barrels, metal anchor chain, adhesive wood veneer deck, and a painting mask packages items that otherwise would be bought separately, providing good value. There is some overlap with the base kit photo etch and the manufacturer could improve the product by reducing the overlap by replacing it with other details not found in the base kit.

Wood Deck Detail Set Enhances RM Pola Scale Ship Model
All parts of this scale ship model detail set fit well and provide added value realism and detail enhancing the historical accuracy and prototype fidelity of the kit model to which they were applied. Given that the Pola, the last of four Regia Marina Zara class heavy cruisers was of a slightly difference design, it was very pleasing to see that the wood deck was sized to accurately reflect these one of a kind differences..

This Mask Gives Accurate Results Efficiently
Model warship deck painting masks are not an exciting or glamorous product. But from a functionality, ease of use, and quality of its material, this little item does its job well. The accurate results it produces are welcome addition to any Zerstorer Z-30 model.
