Useful, quality product.
I really like these as they aren't too thick, are big enough and are gentle on your hair when you remove them. They actually stay in my shiny, straight hair too.

Expensive but worth it.
For someone who newly diagnosed with ME/CFS, this is an excellent guide with useful information and ideas. Each chapter has a short synopsis so you only need to read what is applicable to you to save energy. Expensive but worth it.
