to muffin or not to muffin
My only gripe is the poached eggs are thicker and smaller diameter but to squeeze 6 into this pan I can see why. It is a 5 if that is what your looking for and a 4 if you thought you were going to make a sandwich out of you egg

Assembly
When looking at the instructions, I decided It would be easier to mount the mounting brackets to the truck first because they might be too difficult to get to with everything in the way and then the center piece. Then finally the 2 outer pieces.... well it turned out, I was wrong. Follow the instructions and assemble it first, all of the rest of the bolts were too hard to get to. My idea that I knew a better way I am certain took hours longer, taking 1/8 turns.
