  I ordered three card stands, but one arrived broken. I contacted the seller with photos and requested a replacement. Instead, I was given a $1.75 refund and threatened with negative feedback. This is not how professional customer service should be handled. Unfortunately, a disappointing experience – not recommended.

  User left negative feedback before trying to resolve issue... did ask for a replacement, none were available hence the refund for the $1.75. Told them that they should have tried to work the issue out before leaving negative feedback... Told them I would leave negative feedback because they didn't try to resolve the issue... before leaving negative feedback...

  When the item was originally purchased, USPS seemingly lost the package, but I messaged the seller and it was cleared up swiftly and a new one was sent out and come very fast.
