The scientific evidence of Tai Chi.
The science and research of Tai Chi was well presented, but the 52 halftone photographs were of poor quality and not helpful at all. The Eastern philosophy and "spirituality" was overemphasized too much.

Nice book, BUT it is very similar in content to other books of this title and author with a DIFFERENT color dust jacket !

Disappointing book.
Not enriching at all. Dull and boring. Not at all helpful or what I was looking for. Disagree with some of the translations, too!
