  Bag arrived in beautiful condition as advertised. Unfortunately it had a very heavy odor, like dryer sheet smell. Eventually I got most of the odor out. I let seller know in case this was a cleaning product they used. I am very sensitive to odors and many people are allergic. But other than that everything was good - very quick ship, reasonable shipping costs, communicated well, product was top notch.

  Your comment: I was happy to find this pack described in excellent condition since I have another one. When I opened the box the mildew smell was overwhelming. It s currently stinking up my garage. I reached out to the seller and didn t receive a response until I wrote this review. The seller claims my accusation is false and that I am attempting to get a refund. I have no interest in a refund and have already put the pack in my giveaway pile. I understood the no returns clause.

  My overall seller feedback speaks for itself. The pack was in excellent condition as described from a smoke-free and mildew-free home. The pricing of the pack was approximately under a third of the actual cost comparatively, not to mention I undercharge for the shipping cost. Unfortunately, though unusual, I find that some buyers tend to make complaints in an attempt to get partial/full refunds.
