Love Primaris Marines
Primaris Lieutenants are a must have for anyone building a new army using the Primaris Marines. Extremely detailed and the in game value is through the roof. Two Lieutenants only occupy one HQ space and you get the Tactical Precision ability across two units who operate individually after deployment.

Rhino = Good
Rhinos are great for an 8th edition army. Bullet sponge with 10 wounds and cheap on points. Easy to build and paint.
