Does not kill black algea
If you have black algae don't use this product. I added the recommended amount and scrubbed the black algae area. Next time I opened the pool I expected it to be gone, not so in fact it has not slowed the black algae at all. I do not have a problem with green or yellow algae so I can't say if it works for that. I have not used a product that performs so poorly.
