Great chew for big dogs!
I got my first antler last night, and my 16 month old female German Shepherd lit up like Christmas when she saw it. She's starting on the cut open end and it's really lasting. No odor, nice size for her, and boy does she like it. Best antler treat I've found so far, at a great price. Ordering more tonight!

Required for Bee Certification
Very basic book for beginners but with good pictures. Required to take the Beekeeper Certification tests (at least here in GA)

Not useful
Although a cute story and nice photos, her idea is to top regular recipes with various types of goat's milk cheese and call it something new. Recipes needed cheese other than chevre (when someone says "goat cheese", that's what I think they mean). Some recipes call for odd ingredients, ie, Bodega Natilla?? Or just 2 Tbs of Pinot Noir -- hard to do if you don't drink, so expensive to open a bottle just for that. Also calls for ex large eggs, which is not standard and requires you to buy a different size. I only found a couple recipes I'd be willing to try. I raise dairy goats and always have chevre around, was looking for a cookbook that would give me ideas.
