  It appears the DVD was a counterfeit but it was sealed so the seller couldn't know. I got refunded without any more questions asked (I provided some photos). This honesty level it rare these days, I really appreciated how the seller quickly resolved this issue. As for the DVD, it was as described, and shipped and packaged securely and arrived promptly. In the end I recommend this seller!

  I purchased at a decent price and the seller sent as described in good condition, and in a reasonably timely manner, packed acceptably, for a tolerable shipping cost. The quality of the item looks decent. And it has a clean and maintained appearance. I don’t recall significant communication from the seller. However, I would still buy from again. Thank you.

  Figure came packaged nicely and arrived on time. However right out of the box the figures right arm broke and I was left having to re glue it. Seller partially refunded me because I actually liked the sculpt and accessories and I did acknowledge that the seller probably thought it was fine since Necas quality control is left largely out of the sellers hands. Though the only constructive critique I would give to the seller is to just quickly inspect their items before listing for any defects.
