poor follow up service
Seller dud follow up with me for a request I made to try to get me the installation hardware despite a detailed message I sent him after the sale. I should send both units back to him. Very disappointed in the seller.

This phone is great for someone not wanting or needing a smart phone. Slide feature prevents accidental hitting keys when in pocket. There are a lot of good additional features besides the phone function.
Another plus that it can be stored and actually used inside a freezer bag for hostile wet environments. I had been happy with my first exact duplicate phone of three years earlier, and hence the reason for purchasing this exact duplicate. All around a good product and a good buy.
