After a couple weeks, it arrived in the mail and all is well. I would highly recommend this eBay seller just for helping me find the package.

Great price for performance
I love the size and 4 ports, even though only 1 is HDMI. DisplayPort was already supported by my main monitor and HDMI on the other, so it's all good. I just needed to order a DP cable.

Good price, but not the power it claims.
