Product not working
I received the item and placed it on the base to charge with the battery supplied. After the recommended time for charging, I attempted to register the handset. Received message "Registration failed. Also, The battery would not charge. Believing that the battery had to be good, perhaps the base charger was faulty. I changed base chargers still no charge. I replaced the battery with one from the handset I was replacing but for 3 days now have not been able to get above " battery low, place on charger message" . So far very disappointed.

Great buy on hard to find item.
Item arrived as expected. Had no trouble operating devices it matched.

1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Needed a good 5.1 systems for one of my TVs and the unit does fulfill that function with great sound quality. I was also looking forward to using the hookup located on the front of the device with my apple phone. To my dismay it did not work. I wish the remote control was a bit more intuitive and user friendly. Why is the volume knob on the right side?
