Frustrating without a User Manual
Installing the product was easy but, without the user manual, difficult to use. there was an error in installing the user manual portion of the software. The instructions following installation required reinstalling the product which I did three (3) times. The User manual was still not available or possible to print. I'm still trying to muddle through the operation of the software. Very frustrating.
