Great Charger
This thing works like a charm. It is foolproof and can be left plugged in without the worry of it damaging itself. My old charger would stay on and could short out. This unit allows you to fully turn it off. I love it.

Wow this is fast
This being the newer NAND chips that last a lot longer, makes this a really great drive. Using it in a Ryzen 7 system makes it SCREAM. Love it.

Fantastic Idea
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is a great idea. The only two flaws that I find with this device is the following (number 1 is related to number 2)
1. The feed from the camera, both audio and video plus the return audio is sluggish. The latency with a 1Gb fiber internet link is not what I would call acceptable in 2017.
2. The Ring device makes you send its audio and video to their website (so they can charge you money) for storage. This would be great except that I already have a server that stores video and audio from my other IP cameras.
I liked the way this fits my front door and like that the camera is 1080p unlike the Chinese versions of this device.
If you don't mind paying them for storage - I say go for it.
