Good stuff
Great product if you want a healthy off the shelf skippy type taste. It’s sweet, salty, and delicious. We add it to a smoothie with soy or regular milk, frozen banana, and flax seed. Tastes like a milkshake. Higher protein than other brands. For a lower salt/sugar choice get the Tru-Nut brand. I use the Tru-Nut daily in my cereal/Greek yogurt. I make my cereal by grinding a TB of flax/chia, add 1 TB oat bran, and 1 TB PB powder. Add 1/2c water and let absorb for 30 min, then add yogurt and fruit. It’s fantastic.
