Very good for the price.
I have not used it very much but when I did use it, it worked well.
One thing I cant figure out is how to adjust the voltage before you start. When I switch it on it reads 9 volts and turning the voltage central knob doesn't change it. But you can see the voltage chang once I start welding. I will have to look into that more when I get time. Apart from that I have tried in gasless and gas and the stick welding function. It works fine and it's pretty straightforward.

More like a 400 to 500w output. Definately no more.

Just a pamphlet
There is no information in this pamphlet about actually building a micro wind turbine. You would get way better information on YouTube for free!
