The sound tingly and no remote, Subwoofer didn't work

There was no remote. The Subwoofer did not work and the sound came out very tingly

They said it would fit but I don't.

They said this was recommended from my vehicle and it was not. Doesn't even sit in my reverse light from my car a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT hatchback. In the picture you could see the right size of my light bulbs compared to theirs.
