  I purchased the Bak Rion welding TPO kit. After several days I sent a msg to the seller, requesting the shipping information. I waited a couple of days and sent another message. I did this several times. I elevated the problem to ebay and had to wait a few more days. After that waiting period I submitted a request to ebay to look at the issue once again and within 5 min ebay issued a credit for the item. This seller is hoping that you go over the wait time, so that you loose your money.
