Top Quality but too small

This is a top quality made griddle. Overall I am disappointed due to its small cooking area. The actual cooking surface area is 15 5/8 x 8 3/4 on the flat surface side. This includes the 1 inch of grease trap along the edge. The grill line side is 15 5/8 x 7 3/4. 1 inch narrower due to the grease trap used on the other side. The description indicates a much larger unit as is a measurement of the outer edges and outer handles....the overall size.

Versatile but needs improvement

This is a decent item BUT the spring loaded guide piece broke after a few uses. I thought about returning it but tried using a sturdy rubber band around the unit instead to hold the battery in place. Another unit would have broken again due to the cheap design of the spring guide. The rubber band has worked very well for a while now. The LCD is a nice feature. NOTE the unit does not allow you to use the USB and battery charger at the same time. The battery charger will be the default.
