Don't be a knucklehead...buy this !!!
Maybe I am a bit biased, being a life long "stooges fan".These DVD sets are a fan's dream. All the shorts,in order,as released. My favorites, are the early Curly years, although I feel the stooges were at the top of their game around 1941 when my personal all time favorite -"An Ache In Every Stake" was released.A must have for die-hard stooge enthusiasts there are many of these dvds on ebay at very reasonable prices. When these sets first hit the market -they retailed for about $24.00,but you can get several different sets for that amount now.The Stooges, are rarely on TV anymore, and when they are they are often heavily edited.Buy this and enjoy them uncut, uncensored, and un-edited.Their timeless slapstick, sight gags, and awful puns never get old.Well at least to us diehards they don't.....

Nice mix
To be honest, I didn't expect much, since this was a low priced item. I figured that I would get a couple 62,61,or 63 halves.( I bought 4). I was pleasantly surprised to get 3 1950s - one S mint, even and a 1960. Will buy again

Biggest thing on 70s TV
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich As a kid growing up in the 70s I remember watching this show.I've never seen it in reruns or on TV LAND,so I bought this.I don't remember this season-I guess I started watching in '72 or so.Here Frank Cannon drives a '71 Mark III Lincoln (with a car phone ,no less).I always remember his Mark IV with the oval side window.I think I liked the show because it was different.Yes it has all the usual cheezy plots and evil bad guys of most TV dramas of the era.But a rotund 50-ish private eye was definitely not typical of the genre.Producer Quinn Martin later would give us another "different" type of hero-Barnaby Jones (Buddy Ebsen-in his mid 60s by then).Look for guest stars Roy Scheider,Joan Van Ark,Wayne Rogers-and a small role by Vic Tayback (who later would become "Mel" at Mel's Diner on "Alice")
