Great product
Great price, and it does the job perfectly. It's nice to have the cord back and working again!

More Chinese than a Chinese thing
It fits, although you need a longer low pressure return hose than stock. It whines with engine speed although that might be calming down now. It also gives quite an inconsistent steering feel. The cap is clearly marked - in Chinese. Sadly you can't swap the cap for your original one because the dipstick is a different length and the levels are calibrated differently.
So, it IS a power steering pump for a Jeep Cherokee but I suspect it is one for the Chinese Cherokees that were manufactured in China after production halted in the US.
It won't break the bank, but I'm worried that I'll be replacing it sooner rather than later. I'll run it, but I kinda wish I'd paid for an orginal. Also, shipping was SO SLOW.
