One dadburn good book.
Man, this book has answered a lot of questions I had about banjo's. I have several books and they are so-so as far as instruction but this one is better by far. I Will be ordering the Mastering banjo book for when I get past this one. I got the intermediate level book right now but wish I had the Beginning book back when I started. I expect to see some progress now.

didn't work for me
I put a whole bottle of it in one pair of boots and wore them most the day. Didn't stretch out a bit, just hurt my feet. Maybe I am doing something wrong. Anybody got any ideas ?

I recommend to any serious lifter.
no cons, Just a good all around hand saving aid that lets you go heavier.
