  The chandelier I purchase arrived damaged due to it not being packed properly by the seller. I contacted the seller and he immediately responded and said he would rectify it by sending some spare parts. A month later the spare parts were never sent and he completely stopped responding to me. I had to have ebay intervene to force a return.

  Contacted seller when item hadn't shipped after 2 weeks. Seller had explanation of personal issues. I accepted that & gave more time but still no shipping after another 2 weeks & no response after 2 messages. I am now requesting a refund.
