Its a little difficult to use even as a man with my strength,it must be nigh on impossible for a woman.Why are bike shops nearly always staffed by men,when many women now cycle.

Poor Quality Control
If it was delivered not covered in green mould it would have been nice,took me a couple of hours to remove it with white vinegar.I did intend buy more dumbells from Sweatband,will look elsewhere.
