Nikon P90 Review

I LOVE the clarity of the pictures this camera takes on objects that are still. I HATE the way the camera tries to auto focus for you. I've had this camera for a week and have missed NUMEROUS photo opportunities because the camera would not focus on the object I was trying to take a picture of. I love to take photos of birds and when you only have a split second to capture a picture, not having the option to focus the camera myself can be VERY frustrating. I've done some research online and this is the biggest complaint about this camera. The camera also seems to automatically record SOME photos to the camera's hard drive and then begins recording to the Flashdrive. I've yet to figure out a way to set the camera to default to all memory card. I also accidently erased some BEAUTIFUL photos today when I thought I was erasing the photos on the camera's hard drive. Instead, it erased the past hours worth of photos without specifying that it was erasing memory card photos and not hard drive photos. Overall, a very good camera but it you're looking for something that focuses quickly, I wouldn't choose this camera.
