  Super fast shipping-2days. Extremely well packaged. Double boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap surrounded by packaging peanuts. The Royal Doultan Franklin Toby mug is exquisite. Very detailed painting and exactly as represented by the seller’s photographs. Very reasonable shipping costs. The seller was also willing to negotiate on the price.   The description of the item was not quite as it was described. I has a small dent in the lid which the seller failed to disclose but its no big deal because it can be fixed. The item arrived within a few days and was packaged very well. The shipping costs were reasonable.
