Does work just like the original remote.
This works as described, no need for any programming, just add batteries and you good to go. This is an aftermarket remote not the same as the original, hope it last a long time.

Awesome Sound
When using and overdrive setting you get some really awesome long sustaining searing smoking lead guitar sounds from this pickup!! Still exploring what it can do. Just a note this pickup is made for a Strat with a scratch guard, had to use a couple of thinner screws to mount on to a Jackson guitar without a scratch guard.

Easy to just plug and play.
Seems to do the job so far, no drivers needed. Would be nice if the cable was longer.
