Looking back into darkness; A journey they would not choose, but had to take.
An unadorned look at the the truth of war still being revealed to us and asking will we ever know what more remains.
The story couldn't be more personal.Their injury, anguish, horror and even hope is palpable! You won't find any fast-tracking here. The story of their journey unfolds step by step, as must any path to understanding and healing. They both have courage: one to find the truth and the other to tell it.
I found myself eager to learn more but acknowledging their need to re-enter their lives at a distance from the legacy that haunts them.
I'm better for seeing it.

If it makes your car (and your life) right... is it really too expensive ?
I got this for my girlfriend's car and told her it was for her new battery terminal, so things couldn't short the power to grounded parts in the engine compartment. We went to the car and opened the hood. She looked at it for about two seconds, put it on correctly and said 'It fits nice...thanks, Honey'. We smiled at each other. To Be Continued.

If you like movies with explosions, automatic weapons-fire and without 'actors' aged over twenty-two-or-three years, you may want to skip to the line below that shows the word: 'R E V I E W'.
For the rest, if you're thinking I could write this with anything like objectivity, you should probably be shopping for paper towels; and what matters so much to begin with when you know up front that they change this desired apple-of-our-eye EVERY YEAR !?! It very well may be that we've hit upon the whole of the proverbial broad side of the barn: (whispering now so that only you can hear...) these were meant to be enjoyed 'seasonally' [note the name 'Summer'] and then used up/put away/passed over..REPLACED ...the following year. (returns to normal speech tone) Yes, and it seems not too bad an idea since so many OTHER things so wistfully come and go each year when clouds are scarce and the sun god strolls brazenly from dim morning to far evening dusk with such welcome every day.
Perhaps you've noted the plural case ('they'?)..yes, there are a few of these 'seasonal' fragrances and most likely will be more, so enjoy the GIFT of choice: I think you'll find many WILL BE likeable! Don't feel bound by brand loyalty ..well, oKAY, if you HAVE to.. because you WILL be going back to your regulars and 'signatures' with the crisp air and painted leaves of autumn in what is merely WEEKS from now..hmmm ..and then rushing to the holidays beyond; ..summer IS fleeting! So what am I rattling on about !!?! ..bless your patience with an old..worn..traveler; for the pearl lies BENEATH the ocean, and the treasure..at the END of the trail...
R E V I E W : I fall in love all over again every time I put this on. It might be that burst of sparkling, tart grapefruit at the beginning or the warm spices simmering not far beneath, but the experience is so uniquely and refreshingly endearing that once I'd tried it, I refuse to be without it, even at a cost well-past sensible. (UNLIKE the rest of my 'signatures', I've never gotten even a curious glance while wearing this that I knew of, so it may smell like cat pee to everybody else..an' i don't care, neither). Now, this/my particular preferred version is 2007. Should you choose to pursue this one you will find it rather rare and rapidly becoming more-so. As I was attempting to convey previously, old friend and new, it's just as likely that you'll be at least as happy with almost ANY other version made by ANY of several design houses. I also have CK Eternity Summer (two different years, so far) and Azzaro Chrome Summer (another two versions...try the one in the iridescent blue-chrome bottle [2011?] wow, nice and spicy, like the Burberry!!) I've also received a couple of botched deliveries of the Burberry (wrong years) which I liked well-enough to simply shut up about and keep! You might try buying a used bottle since they go pretty reasonably and being that samples of the 'summer' stuff are really, REALLY scarce, OR just dive in where you can afford. BUT ..this years' getting past us, so if it isn't a holiday gift, you may want to wait until March or April and save-up the coin you plan to spend. Best of luck, happy hunting!
On the other hand, if you ALL bought some and wore it the same day, I would think I'd won tickets to the superbowl of 'everybody smells so GOOD!' and just be smiling so much my face would hurt for a month!!
