  Seller is very easy to work with and very understanding. The game came in and wasn't working. After cleaning it with 99% isopropyl alcohol and trying it again it still wasn't working. I contacted this seller and we worked out a partial refund so I could at least keep the box and manual which are very hard to find in as good a condition as this one was. A++ for this guy!
