  Very prompt delivery and tracked which was very good. Packaging very good. Unfortunately description was not correct. Jug was described as having no chips or cracks - when inspecting the jug there is a small chip in the base of jug. I would not have paid the price for the jug as it’s not perfect and also I would not have bid on the jug as it is a birthday present and my husband only collects perfect toby jugs. Most disappointing and information incorrect.

  🔴 AVOID. This buyer returned a perfect fault free item (a toby jug) on the basis that it was a quarter an inch short albeit that the photos in the listing had a tape measure next to the item! The item was a fun item. Not a scientific instrument!Exact size never crucial. An odd pod eccentric geek. I have been a seller with eBay nearly 11 years and have had 100% positive feedback in all these years and this is the very first time I’m having to leave a negative feedback for a buyer.
