Buy quality and hope for the best
Any reputable electrician will advise you that if you want bulbs that last then you need to buy quality ones. Yes they can blow, but in general they will last far longer than the in house products associated with some of the big DIY stores. Well it lit up when switched on and only time will tell how long it lasts. Here's hoping.

GLA Merc Rear wiper
This was purchased for a GLA Mercedes. It is a quality product recommended for this vehicle but was 1” shorter than the original. It still does what’s expected of it.
