Great sound! Classic Tracks. Get the Hoffman version!

This is a great compilation of solid tracks! These songs are heard everywhere but I wanted to hear them as they stood originally. Steve Hoffman somehow extracts all of the dynamics and tone out of the tapes. The songs sound as fresh as they day they were made, to me. I got the more common version and compared it to this one, and I think this one (Hoffman) is worth getting instead. The sound is just more solid. This isn't precious music, it's rock and roll. Somehow it makes a difference to hear it so fresh! I am looking forward to playing this at a party. The album can be cranked loud and still sound so good! It was DCC's best selling album! Highly recommended.
