  Hello, I finally have this shaft working very well. That original tip was very bad, nobody could have shot with that hard piece of leather. Zero action to the cue ball. I have a table at home and change my own tips. After trying 3 different tips of different hardness, a soft tip brought this shaft to life. I never use a soft tip but this shaft seems to like it. Am still getting use to the tip diameter my other smallest shaft is 12mm. But I am very happy with the fast shipping and shaft. Lloyd
