Needed for Nursing Capstone course. Great information on how to construct Evidence-Based Practice process.
Lots of guidelines and resources. Recommend highly if you are looking to improve practice in your setting.
Bought it used, but in excellent condition--watch for the IBN numbers to get the right edition.

Not the best--
Things I liked about the product:

Things I didn't like:
Listed as Maximum absorbency, but only for those who urinate an ounce or less at a time. I would call them Minimum absorbency.
While they are disposable, I have had them come apart at the front padded seam at a time that they didn't need to be changed yet,
The colored seam to indicate the back of the underwear is so light that it can barely be seen, especially in a room that is not well-lighted, or when not wearing glasses needed for reading. In making it light so it would not show through, they went too far and I could barely see the "colored" threads.
They are more appropriate for those who don't need a lot of protection, or who have really great eyesight and those who don't move around very much. For those who are not like that, these aren't really that great.
