  The seller accepted my offer, then went silent for weeks. Finally, once I said I would have no choice but to leave a bad review, they replied that they were out of town and were sorry for the delay, but they still never shipped the item after several more days of waiting. After all that, they quietly refunded without saying another word, which was poor communication and follow-through.
