Use this with 1500mg of vitamin C. Worked for my issue, better than using over the counter medication that was suggested by my doctor.

Help when you need to sleep comfortably.
This works really well if you have a dry mouth or use a C-Pap.

Good for your skin
This product is great for older people who experience easy bruising especially in the hands. It is also good if your skin pulls away from under a finger or thumb nail. It has no taste and can be easily added to any morning drink. Nails grow faster and stronger.
