I purchased a “ genuine” pearl earrings and they fell apart coming out of the sellers shipment. I was told to try and glue them back together! No returns or other resolution offered. Buyer beware! All of the pearls were in their settings when shipped to the buyer. As per buyer's email to me through eBay, one pearl came out of its setting as she was trying them on. I have no way of knowing how roughly the earring was handled. I suggested that the one pearl be re-glued in its setting. Simple.
