Excellent figure, as long as you don't mind Anime Girl Robots.
There are really only two issues with this figure - the first is the decision to oversexualize, turning it into basically an anime girl robot, the other is that it uses swappable hands but only a few of the available hands work for transformation. This means that if you want to have her holding one of her weapons, then you have to swap the hands out, which is annoying.
The design decision can be lived with fairly easily based on the overall quality of the product and how poseable and durable she is as a figure. The transformation is such that there may well be a 3rd party upgrade kit to make her closer to a traditional Arcee design without too hefty an effort.

Excellent example of a rare character
The Titans Return line can be a bit hit or miss, as are most first party HasTak Transformer figures... this is one of the hits. Very well done, very tight, well designed and durable.
