  My complaint with this seller is still pending, awaiting eBay customer service intervention to resolve the issue. Upon receiving the product, I was surprised by a scratch on the frame, as shown in the photo. The seller did not mention this when listing the device, nor did he mention the battery condition, which needed to be replaced. When I contacted him, he indicated that he does not accept returns.
