  The three stems arrived on time but one of them was broken during shipping. I contacted the seller and told them what happened. Without being asked, they offered to refund 1/3 of my total costs and I accepted. The money was promptly returned to my bank account. I am very grateful for their honesty and integrity and would buy from them again!
