Excellent cookbook, worth the cost.
As a regular viewer of America's Test Kitchen, I knew they thoroughly test and improve on their recipes. Also, equipment and ingredient tests are done so that you can find the best of the best. This book is better than individual magazines and includes an index right up front for the whole year. The quality of the pages seems even a bit better than the magazines but not sure if that is actually the case. The recipes are great for company and you can have confidence that they will turn out right.

NOT "Explore Nature" but "Embellish Nature" might be a better title for it???
Lots of great classical music out there, but this one is a very nice pairing of classical and sounds of nature. The stream sound is romantic, and the ocean sounds are powerful. Both are mixed with the appropriate classical music that leaves a lasting memory.
