I had a hard time using
It doesn't stick at all so maybe good for cutting but I would not roll fondant out on this as it slides around to much

Great Item
We bought for my mother in law and she absolutely loves it. She was having back issues trying to play piano so we bought her this in hopes it would help. It definitely did! My husband put together for her and he said putting together was super simple
