Happy to own another Emile Henry product
Matches other burgundy colored Emile Henry items I own. Very easy to clean. High quality workmanship. Love this brand - ranks right up there along with Calphalon and Staub and is somewhat better priced.

A cookbook that is destined to be one of my favorites.
The cookbook is a great read, with colorful and large photographs. I will much enjoy trying out the variety of recipes as I love to entertain. Also, the cookbook pages lay flat when you have it on the counter. I own a great many cookbooks, and this one will quickly become one of my favorites.

A book that will serve me well for entertaining
Recipes are excellent for entertaining - an upgrade over those in most cookbooks I own. Beautiful photography, superior binding. The recipes are detailed, easy to follow. The book also has tips, celebrity tidbits, etc. A good read as well as being a particularly appealing cookbook, at least for me, since I love to entertain.
