As someone who knows almost nothing about Buddhism, I found this book to be an excellent starting point to begin to get a feel for what Buddhism is about.
It is well and clearly written . I think that it serves its purpose as a primer for further reading and study for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of the subject.
I am not yet ready to be a convert, but I will certainly be reading more of this writers works.
