Returning to a product I rate.

Recently I've tried a couple of ceramic windscreen treatments and the results were poor. Prior treatments of rain X had been removed through wear and the pretreatment supplied. So no reason why they shouldn't have worked. Result is I've returned to rainx. A treatment last 3 weeks before the performance starts to fade,but it still improves visibility for a long time after that. Re treatment is an easy process anyway. Performance compared to the ceramic treatments is night and day. Get beyond 50mph and the wipers are virtually redundant. Some people dislike the ghosting effect that rainx produces after each wipe, personally it doesn't bother me and the gain in visibility massively out pays this issue. Great product, easy to apply and I'll be sticking with it from now on.

The product to use to improve shift quality.

Used this product in the C64 toyota gearbox fitted to a lotus elise. Definitely improves the shift quality that these 'boxes seem to suffer from,especially when cold. Excellent price at nearly half of a well known national parts supplier.

Replacement end for karcher hose

I've had 4 karcher 6m extension hoses from a leading motorist supply shop over the years and 3 have failed at this part when just out of warranty. Replacing this section is a way better solution as the actual hose is generally absolutely fine. So a working extension for a third of the price. It seems to be made well enough, only time will tell bit at this price I can do it 3 times!
