Inspiration for Stephen White's bestseller KILL ME--worth your time.
Mentioned as the inspiration for Stephen White's bestseller KILL ME, I was intrigued to read this true account of a "golden boy's" death at age 51. Not a perfect book, but it is worth your time.

Beautifully illustrated oversize telling of the favorite children's classic
A beautifully illustrated, oversized book telling the classic story in its original form. The book is created to look old, with a collage effect in the very front and back pages. The noted illustrator has been recognized in Caldecott competition, and includes a touching tribute to his grandfather (address: "Heaven") in postcard form.
Our grandsons love the version read to their mother 30 years ago, and we are delighted to gift them with this charming edition.

Beautiful voice sings classic songs....
Great CD! Nancy Lamott had the voice of an angel, and since she died in December 1995, she may well BE one! Highly recommend this collection of classic songs.
