Well built, excellent detail.
This is a well built, good pulling & detailed locomotive - what you would expect from a company like Hornby. At 1/76 scale, it is slightly larger than the 1/87 HO equipment on my layout - but you would really have to b a "rivet counter" to notice.
The British have a really cool habit of naming the individual locomotive - not just the class of loco. The dealer (very nice lady & I highly recommend her) put me on to the address of a secondary dealer that makes replacement names for these engines. I intend to apply a more favorite name for this class soon.

A superior launch controller
I've had a long experience with rocketry as a science teacher. Estes has some great rockets and system components - but their launch controller is not one of them. The Quest controller is a distinct improvement. The pistol grip style and internal components make this the go-to controller for the amateur and teacher.

Great reference book for a classic movie.
In 1964 I sat through a Saturday matinee 1pm showing of the movie Zulu. I stayed for the 4pm, the 7pm and the 9:30pm showings as well (and got grounded for not notifying my mom where I had been all day). Mesmerized would be a mild description. I have watched the film 25-30 times since, visited the 24th Foot regimental museum in Brecon, Wales and Isandlwana & Rorkes Drift in South Africa as well. This book is icing on a cinematic cake - choke full of interesting stories about the making of the film. Did you know that in a pre-CGI world, Stanley Baker was only allowed by the SA government to hire and use 250 Zulus? Looks like a lot more in the movies through excellent camera framing. I heartily recommend this book for anyone that loves the movie. They will love the movie even more.
