TPU Case for Ipod Nano 7th Gen. Good Fit & the Clip works well.

I use this case for my Ipod Nano 7th Gen while working out. The clip on this case works well. I clip my ipod to my shirt around my neck when working out or I clip it to my pocket. The key here is the ability to clip it anywhere while working out. At some point the clip may break since I am hard on my ipod while working out. (knocking it, dropping it, wear and tear when you actually using it). If and when it does. I will buy another one of this type. I am very satisfied in the purchase of this case considering the price was so reasonable. Hope this helps you make a decision. Have a nice day!

Depressing & slow even for a Sherlock Holmes fan to watch once.

It was a slow paced drama. Was not engaging. Story was all over the place and very sad. One time watcher, maybe---even for a sherlock holmes fan. Scenery was beautiful. If you're looking for a depressing sherlock holmes story, this might be worth watching once.

Are you overweight? Do you have Diabetes? This book is for you. This book is well written, in a easy to understand, quick reading way. The information presented is well researched and based on facts! I have had great success following the guidelines outlined in the book. Much of the information I thought I knew about diet and when to eat were wrong. Dr. Jason Fung deserves a medal for this book.
