  I received the item today unboxed it, examined it saw that it was dropped and has damage to the front bottom corner but none to the box that it shipped in plugged it in and doesn't light as it should light when it 's plugged into an electrical outlet to get power . Took the unit to Best Buy to have it looked at by their service tec and they said it's got a fault that needs to be repaired so I am refusing the item and request a refund .

  The eBay listing said "ACTUALLY USED??" The item was DEFINITELY used--the box was in really worn condition--almost falling apart. There was no manual. So, I consider the eBay listing to be MIS-LEADING! Not happy about the misleading statement. I plugged the unit in and it works--so OK!

I did state "ACTUALLY USED??", "although could be", and supported such statements with ample detailed pics of the weathered box, the whole Item, and every individual part to prove it appeared to be 'NEW'.
